Oversees the full Pratishthan Live programme — from learner enrolment pipelines and school partnerships to impact tracking and growth strategy. Has been with the Lotus Petal Foundation since the programme's early days, with hands-on experience of both the centre-based and digital models.
The operational backbone of the programme. Responsible for NIOS registration accuracy, TMA coordination, exam scheduling, practical logistics and certification tracking across all enrolled learners — ensuring no student falls through the cracks at any stage.
Every learner's journey begins with a counsellor — someone who listens first and plans second.
Conducts every Clarity call — the free 1-on-1 session where learners understand their NIOS options, eligibility and a personalised completion plan. Remains the primary point of contact throughout each learner's journey, handling doubt escalations, motivation check-ins and progress tracking.
Supports learners through the admission process — helping them understand NIOS options, eligibility, and the right pathway. A key point of contact for queries, coordinating with the academic team to ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to enrolment.
Ms. Indu is our Mobilization Officer with strong knowledge of the community and extensive experience working with students. She is the first point of contact for students interested in enrolling in Pratishthan Live program. She regularly visits communities, meets students, and helps them understand the program, its benefits, and the enrollment process.

Teaches Data Entry Operation as a practical, job-ready skill alongside the NIOS curriculum — covering typing proficiency, spreadsheet basics and office documentation useful for learners entering the workforce.
Teaches Mass Communication alongside NIOS English, helping learners build both certificate-ready language skills and practical communication ability for the workplace.
Delivers Hindi language instruction for Class 10 and 12. Many learners are more comfortable learning in Hindi — this class ensures language is never a barrier to completion.
Handles NIOS Science at the secondary level — Physics, Chemistry and Biology — with particular attention to practical components and lab-based TMA requirements.
Teaches Social Science at the secondary level — History, Geography, Political Science and Economics — with a focus on NIOS exam patterns and answer-writing technique.
Teaches NIOS Mathematics for Class 10 and 12. Specialises in making quantitative concepts approachable for learners returning to education after a gap.
Mr. Ashish teaches Physical Education for Senior Secondary students at PLC Live. He helps students understand key concepts of fitness, health and physical education as per the NIOS curriculum. With strong subject knowledge and expertise, he supports students in building a clear understanding of the subject and performing well in their examinations.
